Industries
The kinds of businesses I build software and websites for, the problems they usually bring, and where I have done the work before.
Export and manufacturing businesses
Exporters and manufacturers run on documents and numbers that must be right the first time: invoices, packing lists, GST returns and stock that moves between companies in the same group.
Common problems
- Invoices, packing lists and statutory documents typed again in Excel for every shipment
- GST rules that change with each case: IGST, CGST and SGST, and zero-rated exports
- Several companies in one group, each needing its own data, numbering and permissions
- Stock, job work and production tracked in spreadsheets nobody fully trusts
How I help
I build ERP modules around how the business actually works, with document numbering that stays unique when many people save at once, GST calculated with precise decimal arithmetic, and print-ready PDFs that match the formats your buyers and customs expect. I was technical lead on a Laravel export operations ERP for a group of companies, from design through deployment and production support.

Brokerages and fintech
Where money moves, a bug is not a cosmetic problem. Brokerages need back offices that keep balances, commissions and risk data correct under load.
Common problems
- Client accounts, deposits and commissions spread across a trading platform and spreadsheets
- Operations that must never run twice, even when a job or webhook is retried
- Risk and billing reports that slow down as the tables grow into millions of rows
- Clients asking support for information they could get from a bot or portal
How I help
I was a core developer and team lead on a brokerage risk platform handling more than 1,000 trading accounts: back office, billing, risk dashboards, a trading-platform API integration and a Telegram bot. The engineering habits from that work, idempotent jobs, row-level locks and partitioned report tables, carry into every finance-adjacent project.

Service businesses running on a CRM
Agencies, consultancies and trading companies often run on Perfex CRM or a similar system, and outgrow it one workaround at a time.
Common problems
- A CRM that cannot be updated because someone edited its core files
- Purchase bills and invoices keyed in by hand from PDFs and photos
- Accounting data copied between the CRM and Tally or another system
- Reports and approval steps the CRM does not offer out of the box
How I help
I customize Perfex CRM the upgrade-safe way, through modules and hooks, and connect it to the systems around it. On an AI invoice capture project across four businesses' ERP and CRM systems, the OpenAI API reads invoice images and PDFs into prefilled purchase invoices that a person reviews before saving, with a logged sync to the accounting system.

Travel agencies
Travel agencies win or lose bookings on response time. Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp at all hours, and quotes, follow-ups and invoices pile up in chats and spreadsheets.
Common problems
- Leads scattered across WhatsApp, phone calls and email, with no single list to follow up from
- Quotes and invoices typed by hand for every booking
- Customers waiting for answers to simple questions outside office hours
- Automated replies that cannot hand a conversation over to a person when it matters
How I help
I built a CRM for a travel agency that manages leads and generates invoices from one admin panel, connected to a WhatsApp chatbot with an interactive menu. When a customer needs a person, staff take over the conversation and reply directly from the admin panel. It is listed in my freelance client work.

Startups and SaaS founders
Founders need a first version that real users can pay for, built so it does not have to be thrown away when the second customer arrives.
Common problems
- A feature list too long for the budget and the launch date
- Multi-tenant data that must never leak between customers
- Subscriptions, invoices and payment gateways across countries
- A product nobody can find because the marketing site was an afterthought
How I help
I help cut version one down to the workflow that proves the idea, then build it in Laravel with tenant isolation and billing designed in from the start. Because I also do SEO, the marketing site, landing pages and early content can be built to rank alongside the product.

Online stores and WooCommerce
For a store, speed, checkout and search visibility translate directly into revenue, and plugins that conflict cost sales quietly.
Common problems
- Slow product and category pages, especially on phones
- Checkout changes that the standard plugins cannot make
- Payment gateways, shipping and GST invoices for Indian and international orders
- Product and category pages that do not appear in search
How I help
I build and fix WooCommerce stores as a PHP engineer: custom checkout fields and logic that survive updates, payment and shipping integrations, Core Web Vitals work measured with real-user data, and WooCommerce SEO for product and category pages.

Local and small businesses
Clinics, trades, consultants and shops mostly need two things from the web: to be found by people nearby, and to turn that visit into a call or booking.
Common problems
- A website that looks dated, loads slowly and does not work well on phones
- No visibility in Google Maps or local search results
- Ad clicks sent to a homepage instead of a page built for the offer
- No way to tell which enquiries came from the website
How I help
I build fast business websites and landing pages with technical SEO built in, set up the Google Business Profile and LocalBusiness structured data, and make sure every form and call is tracked. Businesses in Ahmedabad can meet me in person.

Digital and marketing agencies
Agencies need development capacity they can rely on without hiring, delivered under their own brand and to their own standards.
Common problems
- More WordPress and Laravel work than the in-house team can deliver
- Technical SEO fixes that the content team cannot implement
- Freelancers who disappear, or who contact the agency's clients directly
How I help
I work white-label: under your NDA and your brand, through your project tools, with communication routed through you. That covers WordPress builds and plugins, Laravel development, speed work and the technical side of SEO. Agencies also hire me for their own site: I built the website and content admin panel for CAN Design Studio (opens in a new tab), a branding and advertising agency in Ahmedabad.

Not on the list?
These are the sectors I know best, not the only ones. If your business runs on data, documents or a website that has to bring in leads, I can probably help.
